7 Abergele Road

Under Colwyn Bay Townscape Heritage Initiative, 7 Abergele Road has been secured to prevent vandalism, and funding was secured to purchase the building which will enable future work to be progressed without dealing with third parties.

A development trust is being put together to take the building forward and plan for a viable end-use, and funding is being sought to undertake the major repairs and restoration needed to bring the building back to it’s full glory.
