5 Ways to Wellbeing

The North Wales Public Health Team wants all relevant organisations and service providers to help roll out a 'branding' that prompts people to take steps to promote their own mental wellbeing.

These '5 ways to wellbeing' have been identified by the New Economics Foundation as having a beneficial effect on our mental wellbeing. Including them in our day to day activities will help us to feel good and function well in all that we do.
